julia and claire. we met claire and her friend for dinner downtown (claire's in town for a wedding). then we walked to the white house. yessssss.

julia and i went to a documentary called 'march of the penguins' at national geographic. before the show, these people from the san antonio sea world showed their magellanic penguins. sweeeeet. the people on the right are dressed up as penguins (hoping for prizes and good seats). anyway, good movie. male penguins are amazing.  

the grand hall of the library of congress. i went there on tuesday. very cool. they have a Gutenburg Bible and other neat books.  

allison and i at the liberty bell when i went to philly last weekend.
